You would have to agree that here at FLOW we are rather wine obsessed. We love to discover and share new wonderful wines with you.

Allan and I would love to share another adventure with you – Sicily vendemmia or the Sicilian crush. Join us on this small tour, as we live together at the Donna Franca winery. We will pick and crush grapes, drink wine, learn to prepare and eat local food, explore history and celebrate life in the late summer Sicilian country side September 5 -12, 2010.

Our guide is the lovely Cynthia Nicholson, foodie extraordinaire. Her love of food and wine has taken her on many adventures through the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

The cost for this wonderful 8 day tour is $2300 per person. This includes all food excluding two lunches, lodging, and local transport to the itinerary and excursions.
